24/12-frame Logar radial honey extractor with 110 W / 230 V motor drive and safety switch that automatically stops the motor when the lid is opened. The control lever allows stepless adjustment of the desired speed between 0 and 280 rpm and selection of left- or right-hand rotation. State-of-the-art technology enables an innovative design of the extractor bottom. The drum bottom is seamless-welded and sloped toward the outlet. The extractor has two stainless pinch valves 6/4"; one is fitted at the lowest possible point so that all honey can flow out of the extractor. All parts of the extractor that come into contact with honey are made from food-grade materials. The lid is made of transparent acrylic.

Frames do not need to be turned during extraction, because the centrifugal force together with the natural angle of the cells ensures both sides of the frames are emptied simultaneously.

Allows extraction of 24 frames (height 14–21 cm) or 12 frames (height up to 24 cm) with a top-bar length of up to 48 cm.

Optional equipment:

• If you do not have 230 V available, the voltage converter Art. No. 4626 (12V DC → 230V AC, 300 W) enables operation of the extractor using a 12 V accumulator or battery.
• We recommend the bottom heater for the extractor (Art. No. 7125) — useful for multi-day extraction and for cleaning; a warmed bottom lets the honey flow faster and eases straining.
• The radial extraction basket can be easily converted to a tangential basket by adding four hanging grids for tangential operation (Art. No. 7761). This allows extraction of four large frames up to 30 cm in height. In this case a hanging cappings collection bag (Art. No. 7758) can be used so honey drains easily from the wax cappings.
• Rubber pads on the feet (Art. No. 7769) reduce slipping of the extractor.
• Bottom heater for extractor Ø 76 cm incl. installation – our recommendation for faster honey flow and easier cleaning (Art. No. 7125).
