In our online shop the shipping costs are not shown as a flat rate, because we always offer you the most accurate and economical shipping terms.

The actual shipping costs depend on several factors:

• Size and weight of the ordered items

• Shipping method (parcel service or freight carrier)

• Destination country

Smaller products are usually shipped by parcel service, while larger and heavier items are sent on a pallet by freight carrier.

Cost-effective shipping by parcel service

Honey extractors with a drum diameter up to 52 cm are packaged securely for transport in a parcel and sent by post.

After receipt:

• Open the package

• Screw on the legs

• Honey extractor is ready for immediate use

After dispatch you will receive:

• a shipment number (tracking code)

• a link to online shipment tracking, so you can always see where your package is

When ordering, please provide your telephone number so the carrier can contact you before delivery if necessary.

Pallet shipping – delivery to your door

Larger or heavier orders are packed on a pallet and delivered directly to you by freight carrier.

Pallet shipping is used when:

• the products cannot be safely shipped by parcel service

• size or weight require truck transport

Advantages of pallet shipping:

• gentler and safer transport

• no transfer via conveyor belts

• individual handling of your goods

• delivery by truck directly to your address

This shipping method is particularly reliable and ideal for high-value or bulky products.
