Right of withdrawal

Customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 working days of receiving the ordered goods.

It is sufficient if the notice of withdrawal is sent within the period without giving any reason.

In the event of withdrawal, the customer will be refunded the full purchase price.

The goods should be returned unused and in a condition suitable for resale as new, and, if possible, in the original packaging.

For items that have been impaired by signs of use, we will charge an appropriate fee to cover the reduction in value.

The same applies if accessories or parts are missing when the goods are returned.

The costs of return shipping are borne by the customer.
