Innovative self-turning extractor with double pockets – ideal for processing a large number of shallow frames within a small diameter.
The Logar 12-frame self-turning extractor is fully electric and equipped with a fully automatic control and a safety switch that immediately stops the motor when the lid is opened. The frame pockets are double-sided; a sheet between the pockets channels the honey out. The tank bottom is modern in design, welded seamless and sloped toward the outlet. The stainless honey gate (pinch tap) is welded at the lowest possible point so that all honey can be drained. All honey-contact parts are made from food-grade materials. The lid is made of transparent acrylic. A special design of the feet ensures high stability.
The frame pockets consist of vertical grid bars with a suitable density so that frames are not damaged during extraction. The pockets are linked by a special mechanism. Thanks to the construction, honey does not accumulate in the pockets, so frames are dry after spinning.
The machine allows spinning of 12 frames with a height up to 16.5 cm and a top-bar length up to 48 cm.
The fully automatic control performs the entire extraction process automatically, allowing you to attend other tasks in parallel. Operation is via a membrane keypad; up to 8 programs can be stored, each with 8 different times, directions and speeds. Basic programs are preset and can be adjusted at any time.
