12-frame self-turning honey extractor with 550 W / 230 V motor drive, fully automatic control and integrated safety device that shuts the motor off automatically when the lid is opened. The frame pockets in the extractor are double-sided, with a sheet between them over which the honey drains. State-of-the-art technology has allowed an innovative design of the extractor bottom. The bottom of the drum is seamless welded and inclined toward the outlet. The extractor is equipped with two stainless steel pinch valves (1½" and 2"). The 2" valve is installed at the lowest possible point so that all honey can drain from the extractor. All parts of the extractor that come into contact with honey are made from food-grade materials. The lid is made of transparent acrylic glass.

The frame pockets are made from vertical grid rods with suitable spacing so frames are not damaged during extraction. They are interconnected by a special mechanism. The design of the pockets prevents honey from pooling inside them during extraction, so the frames are dry after spinning.

The extractor is detachable and can therefore be transported through a door opening 80 cm wide.

Fully automatic control lets the entire extraction process run independently so you can attend to other tasks in the meantime. Operation is simple via a membrane keypad and a two-line digital LCD display. You can set and store up to 8 different programs. Each program can be configured with up to 8 different times, directions and speeds. Basic extraction programs are pre-set but can be changed, expanded and re-saved at any time.
