New — extra-large squeeze tap for increased honey flow!
The receiving sieve bucket with a non-clogging sieve!
With a 4-frame to 6-frame self-turning extractor or a 9-frame radial extractor you can usually work a whole day before the fine sieve needs cleaning.
The receiving sieve bucket is primarily intended for straining during honey extraction. Two stainless-steel squeeze taps are welded on, which cut off the honey cleanly. The upper XL squeeze tap is for draining the strained honey into lower containers. The lower squeeze tap is used for emptying the honey.
Because the upper overflow tap has a larger diameter, the flow rate of strained honey from the container is 50% higher than with a standard squeeze tap.
The receiving sieve bucket contains a fine sieve made from a stainless-steel mesh fabric that ensures a high honey flow rate. The honey receiving bucket is manufactured entirely from food-grade stainless materials.
Dimensions
Capacity: 35 kg
Height: 40 cm
Height to upper squeeze tap: 28 cm
Diameter of fine sieve: 30.5 cm
Height of fine sieve: 34 cm
Sieve area: 0.29 m²
Mesh size: 0.71 mm
Advantages
Very large sieve area: 0.29 m²
The sieve is made from a stainless-steel mesh fabric, which ensures a high honey flow rate.
Allows thorough clarification of the honey.Best used together with the coarse honey sieve with a diameter of 24 cm (see below).
The sieve does not clog even when straining honey all day long. With a 4-frame to 6-frame self-turning extractor or a 9-frame radial extractor you can normally work a whole day before the sieve needs cleaning.
Dual function
Straining the honey during extraction
Filling jars with honey — the squeeze tap cuts the honey cleanly.
Operation
The receiving sieve bucket is placed directly under the outlet of the honey extractor. During the straining process the lower squeeze tap of the receiving sieve bucket must be closed.
The honey then flows continuously from the extractor into the receiving sieve bucket through the sieve. The honey level rises to the upper XL squeeze tap and flows through the upper XL squeeze tap into a collecting bucket/container. A filled receiving sieve bucket enables continuous straining.
Because of the high weight of the honey and the large area of the inner sieve, wax, debris and pollen clog the sieve from top to bottom only very slowly.
The wax residue, debris and pollen rise to the surface and can be skimmed off easily. For that we recommend the coarse honey sieve with a diameter of 24 cm.
At the end the receiving sieve bucket is emptied via the lower squeeze tap.
Cleaning
For cleaning, place the receiving sieve bucket on a stool.
Let the strained honey run through the lower squeeze tap into a bucket.
Remove the sieve from the bucket and clean it — preferably from the outside with a cold water jet or shower.
When the sieve is dry, place it back into the bucket and you can continue working.

Mr. Didier, Lusigny-sur-Barse, France
I received your shipment in excellent condition. The carton was undamaged on the outside and looked like new. As for the interior: it matched the description and the product was flawless. Above all, don't change your packaging or your logistics partner. When I opened it I was surprised, as I had expected much more assembly than simply attaching the scraper feet — but it is perfect.
Mr. Bessonnet, Aizenay, France
Fast, competent, extremely friendly customer service and simply top quality. I will order again at any time and can recommend this service to everyone. Five out of five stars — I would even give six if I could. Very grateful.
