Affordable semi-automatic honey filling system

Components:

The filling system is mounted on our 50 kg filling container with sloped bottom for easier operation. A servomotor mounted on the outlet line controls the closing of the pinch-valve cover. The honey filler is designed for the semi-automatic filling of honey or other viscous liquids.

Filling starts automatically when an empty jar is detected using the stored tare value. The fill quantity is measured by an external scale integrated into the system and controlled electronically. Filled jars are recorded by a counter. Fill quantities can be set between 30 g and 2,000 g. Operation is via a 2.8" color monitor and an extensive settings menu. The filling process is fully hygienic and simple; continuous supervision of the outlet valve is not required. Users can close lids and apply labels during the filling process.
