Description:
This 4-frame tangential extractor is equipped with a motor drive (110 W / 230 V) with an integrated safety switch that automatically stops the motor when the lid is opened. The extractor is designed without a bottom and sits directly on the straining can, secured with a clamping ring — this prevents tipping and increases stability during extraction. The extracted honey flows directly into the straining can beneath.

The straining can is specifically designed for straining during extraction. Two welded stainless steel pinch valves (upper + lower) allow continuous draining of strained honey and almost uninterrupted straining. The fine stainless-steel honey sieve (MESH 26, mesh size 0.71 mm) has a large capacity and a drip ring. Wax particles rise to the surface and can be easily skimmed off; the sieve does not clog even during all-day use. At the end, the can is emptied through the lower pinch valve.

The straining can can also be used to fill honey jars directly — the pinch valve cuts off the honey cleanly. For optimal emptying we recommend using a stand. An airtight lid is available as an accessory; the extractor's adjustable clamping ring can be used to seal it.

Cleaning and safety:
All honey-contact parts are made from food-grade materials. The lid is fitted with special hinges and is made of clear acrylic so the extraction process can be observed.
