NEW: Innovative honey extractor with integrated sieve can that ensures high stability during extraction!
ADVANTAGES of the new honey extractor with sieve can:
- HIGH STABILITY OF THE EXTRACTOR DURING SPINNING: The weight of the honey in the sieve can stabilizes the extractor while draining and allows beekeepers to spin at higher speeds. This is the main advantage compared to conventional unweighted extractors.
- TIME SAVING: Extracting and straining in one step – a large share of the honey already flows directly from the funnel into the sieve can.
- ECONOMICAL 3in1 SYSTEM enables multifunctional use:
1. Honey extraction (honey extractor)
2. Honey straining (sieve)
3. Storing and bottling honey (sieve can with optional airtight lid and stand)
Description:
The 4-frame honey extractor with hand drive is supplied without a base and is placed directly on the sieve can, then secured with an adjustable clamp ring. This prevents tipping and significantly increases stability during extraction. The honey spun from the frames flows directly into the sieve can below.
The sieve can is primarily intended for straining during the extraction process. Two stainless-steel pinch valves are welded in: the upper pinch valve to drain the strained honey into lower containers and the lower pinch valve to empty the can. Inside the sieve can there is a fine sieve with large capacity and a drip ring. The honey level rises up to the upper pinch valve and then runs into a bucket. A filled sieve can allows continuous straining; wax residues float to the surface and can be easily skimmed off. The sieve screen does not clog even during all-day straining. At the end the sieve can is emptied via the lower pinch valve.
The sieve can is also suitable for filling honey jars directly, as the pinch valve cleanly cuts off the honey. To facilitate residual draining, using the stand is recommended. An airtight lid is available as an accessory. For hermetic sealing the extractor's adjustable clamp ring can be used.
Cleaning and materials:
Cleaning the honey extractor is straightforward. All honey-contacting parts are made from food-grade materials. The lid is hinged and made from transparent acrylic, allowing the extraction process to be observed.
